Lunch - Steak, white rice (provenzal style), and lettuce.
Snack - ColdStone Cremery… CheeseCake with Strawberries Ice Cream.
Dinner - NS Pasta Faggiolli, no salad or vegestables. =0(

Exercise: Walked for 90 minutes… shopping ;0)

Lunch - ww crackers, and coconut water staight from the shell with a straw. Yummy!!
Snack/Dinner - Fried Stuff from Luquillo’s Kiosks (1 Pionono, 2 Tacos de Jueyes, and 1 Alcapurria) 800 calories approx. =0( It was SO GOOD!!!
Dessert - ColdStone Cremery… Cookies and Cream Ice Cream… Yummy!!!
Water: 15 glasses of water…
Exercise: 120 minutes hike to the top of Mt. Britton at El Yunque.
FF Challenge Day 12 ~ July 19 - San Juan (Puerto Rico’s Capital City)
Food: Breakfast - 2 eggs, a slice of mango, and ww bread.
Lunch - Macarroni Grill… LOTS of Foccaccia, Lasagna, and Coffe
Snack - 3 chocolate truffles, 4 sour candy (tonge)
Dinner - 3 small pieces of fried pork meat, mofongo (smashed plaintain), and chicken broth.
Dessert - none
Water: 8 glasses of water…
Exercise: 120 minutes walk… Window shopping again.
FF Challenge Day 13 ~ July 20 - Old San Juan
Food: Breakfast - 100% NS
Lunch - Turkey sandwish in ww loaf bread, cornmeal friters, and french fries.
Snack - cheese stick
Dinner - 2 slices of pizza… SO yummmmmmy!
Dessert - none
Water: more than 12 glasses of water…
Exercise: 350 minutes walk… Doing local tourism at Old San Juan. SO FUN!
FF Challenge Day 14 ~ July 21 - Isabela / Camuy / Utuado / Arecibo
Food: Breakfast - Mc Donalds… Coffee, hashbrown, and a (bacon, cheese and salad) sandwish.
Lunch - white rice, red kidney beans, and chicken breast. (Typical lunch of Puerto Rico)
Snack - Pumpking and Tamarind Ice Cream from Heladería Lares (Very typical place here in Puerto Rico)
Dinner - 4oz. of regular 7up and 1 slice of spanish sausage pizza… SO yummy!!!
Dessert - coffee and 1/2 quesito (puf pastry baked goody filled with cream cheese)
Water: 6 glasses of water… Shame on me!
Exercise: 60 minutes cave hike, 120 minutes walk.
***Trucker’s strike… There’s no gas in PR because of it.We were forsed to go back home… We NEED gas to do local tourism.HATE THOSE TRUCKERS!***

Exercise: House shores… and a 20 minutes walk at Guajataca Lake.
FF Challenge Day 18 ~ July 25 - Holiday - Trucker’s strike is over. SO back to local tourism! Woohoo!

FF Challenge Day 19 ~ July 26 - Vacations are over. DH is back to work. *sad*

Dinner - Spinash Fettuccinni in homemade red meat sauce. Yummmy! I cook SO GOOD!

Exercise: none… I’m having my period.
FF Challenge Day 20 ~ July 27 - Holiday -
Today is holiday again but DH is working already =0( SO I’m home alone as always… There is so much cleaning to do!!! Aaaaaahhhhhhh!!! I’ll try my hardest to stay on track… but I make no promises! I’m on my period and it makes me hungry.
In Puerto Rico all weekends of July are long weekends (Monday is off for everyone) and the last week of July is off for almost everybody… Isn’t it neat. Yes! But it’s bad for my diet efforts. But I’m trying to do my best!
