Today is my weekly Weight In day… Not so happy because I’ve being having difficulties staying in program the last two weeks… Indeed, I’m angry with myself right now… The week is ending and I haven’t gone to the gym ones!!! …I was sick… last week… This one I was just lazy… Last night after going to bed I promised to myself I’d start today… but NO, here I am writing as if nothing else existed in this planet. I have such an “extremes oriented” personality it kills me. Why do I have to go to the extremes always? Since I discovered Blogger I’m just hooked to the computer all day. I need to get back on track ASAP… Or I KNOW I’ll suffer the consequences of my laziness. Gosh I love NS… I was doing great… on exercise and drinking water. But since spring arrived, and with it my allergies, I’ve being having BIG trouble sticking with my daily routines… Ok I started making up excuses again… I need to get rid of that bag habit of making excuses when no one is asking… But wait… there’s someone asking: my conscience… DM & DH…

So I stepped to my scale today scare to death… I didn’t wanted to receive bad news today… I mean never… I DON’T like bad news. But who doesn’t. So, I’m relief to announce I weight 232.8 lbs. that’s -22.2 lbs gone forever!!! Wooohooooo! So Happy! I’m only 87.8 lbs away from my goal. Other good news is that in just two weeks I’ll be three months on Nutri System… May 15… That’s D-day… 90 days in program… With some “cheat” days… I tried the “cheat free challenge” but discovered it doesn’t work for me =0(… Make sure you stop by that day. I’ll post my first comparison pictures. Haven’t taken one picture since started My Weight Loss Journey. And off course I’ll post my monthly Measurements & Weight In again…
