The scale is moving in the right direction!

Yesterday I went to the ER with High Blood Pressure. It was nothing serious, but I wanted to make sure that I was fine. I am doing more exercises. My knee does not hurt like it used to and the most exiting, the scale is moving in the right direction. =0)

I wanted to give you a report on my progress, therefore I made a chart to summarize the change of measures and weight… There are so many numbers that I find easier to do it that way.

Another thing… It is important that you continue voting.
